I have become a stronger and more focused leader in getting to the bottom line of the core of business decisions much faster. I communicate at a deeper level with people and gain their trust in a deeper and more meaningful way than before coaching and training.
I have taken over as CEO of our company in the last year. I had to hire, coordinate and create a strong executive team to lead through a declining and challenged real estate market.
My past owners of the company had run the company as independent business owners until they sold to Berkshire Hathaway. It has been a very rough road over the last 12 months not only from that transition and their departure but from many hurdles in a changing real estate and mortgage market. My skills have been tested and increased more than ever before.
We have created many great successes and triumphs along the way. I have personally become more confident, independent in my decisions and stance as well as a bigger thinker in my scope of possibilities more than ever before in my business and personal life.
The overall team has told me they feel more empowered to make individual decisions and to take action to help add to positive changes for the company. They also go on to say they feel more empowered and motivated to take bigger risk and make bigger changes in their personal lives.
I have one manager who has not only stepped up to become one of our stronger regional managers since given the opportunity but he has also helped create our green division. He is very passionate about the environment and has taken that passion and helped create more awareness in our company and the market place.
Gary has been a major influence in my life during a time that was very difficult in taking over as CEO of the company. Not only did he help me sift through the pros and cons of taking the role but he helped me maneuver through many of the politics that surrounded this transition. There were many challenges and power struggles that Gary helped me understand and master along the way. He is a brilliant coach and business man. I can not recommend him highly enough to all who need his expertise and caring genuine style!
