I am happy to introduce my close friend, fellow coach and professional colleague, Gary Ranker.
In many cases, I do not feel that I am the right coach for a potential client. In other cases, I like the client to have an option of choosing different coaches. If either is the case, I try to refer the person to someone else that I believe might do a great job.
